Museums at Night will take place over the weekend Friday 16th to Sunday 18th May. Nuit des Musees, the European-wide celebration will be on Saturday 17th May, and International Museums Day is on Sunday 18th May.

The presentation of The Art Fund Prize (formerly the Gulbenkian Prize) will take place in the last week of May.

We will be planning a series of Museums and Galleries Month debates based on the successful format of 2007 with daytime and several evening events. In May 2007 Liverpool joined in with a great debate organised by Kids in Museums. We hope that more debates will take place out of London next May. The MGM logos in Welsh and English will be in the print and templates section soon. The print templates including banners will be available in January. We will add some Word templates in response to requests from some museums.
