MGM2006 had a real buzz with enthusiastic participation up and down the country. There were great new initiatives led by individual museums and galleries as well as Renaissance hubs and agencies.

Last month representatives from across the UK came together in London to review MGM and plan for the next step. Many thanks to all those who took part! Your enthusiasm and plentiful ideas bode well for the future and I know you will be sharing them with others around the country.

This MGM News is designed to inspire you, whether you are in a small museum or art gallery, or part of a great institution to do even more in May next year. It’s all about showing the world what we have to offer and encouraging more people through the doors to share our unique experience.
